Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number and a link to track delivery times in real time.

At Scenting, all orders over €59.90 include free shipping. If you subscribe to Scenting products available through this option, you'll receive free shipping. All other orders that don't meet these requirements are subject to shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days for mainland Portugal. For islands (Azores and Madeira) and international deliveries, delivery times can vary between 7 and 14 business days.

For one-time purchases, you'll find payment options such as Multibanco Reference, MBWay, Credit Card [VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay], PayPal, and Klarna. For product subscriptions, the available payment method is credit card.

At this time, it is only possible for the order to be delivered to your address, via the Correos Express carrier.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy page for more details.

To initiate the cancellation process, you must contact Scenting via email at hi@scenting.pt as soon as possible, specifying your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, we may cancel the order and issue a corresponding refund.

If you're not at the address provided at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a new delivery or leave instructions on how to pick up your order. We recommend checking your order tracking to ensure someone will be available to receive it.

- Automatic Delivery : By subscribing to our Subscription Plan, you'll automatically receive your favorite refill in the comfort of your home, at the frequency you choose [between 1 and 3 months]. It'll be one less thing to worry about, with the added bonus of never running out of your favorite scent.
- Flexible Subscription Management : We know that needs can change, so we offer you the ability to manage your subscription. You can change the frequency, the previously chosen scent (as long as it's within the same price range), pause a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time, directly through your customer account.
- Exclusive Discounts : By subscribing to these plans, you'll benefit from special discounts on the final price of your top-ups. It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty and preference.
- First - Hand News: Whenever new products are launched or there is a replenishment in stock, customers participating in subscription plans will be the first to know about the news, and will also have priority over other orders.
- Free Shipping : In addition to the discount on the purchase price, shipping is completely free for products included in the Subscription Plan, except for the first purchase.

In any of the Subscription Plans (Monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months), you can cancel your subscription after 90 days from the day the subscription was activated.

Our wax is 100% vegan and eco-friendly. We use a blend of plant-based waxes, which are sustainable, renewable, and burn cleanly, without releasing toxins that are harmful to the environment or your health.
